Payment Terms
We accept only Singapore Dollars. Unless otherwise stated, all prices quoted are inclusive of 7% prevailing GST (Goods and Services Tax).

Product Exchange Policy
Cash & Carry Items
Star Furniture put great emphasis on the quality of our products. Our goods are carefully inspected before leaving the warehouses or showrooms. However, customers are advised to inspect their goods before collection. You may return any items that you have purchased from us, within 3 days of purchase together with the original receipt, if you find any manufacturing defects. This does not apply to display pieces and items on bargain or clearance.

Delivered Items
Star Furniture takes great pride in our craftsmanship, design and high quality production. All items are inspected to ensure their quality and completeness before leaving the warehouse. Our logistic teams are well trained in transporting and the assembling of furniture. However, customers are advised to inspect their goods upon receiving them. In the event of manufacturing defects, please call our Customer Service Department at +65 6269 2022 within 3 days upon receipt of your furniture.

Terms and Conditions for Vouchers

  • Voucher can only be used on Star Furniture Pte Ltd brands of home furnishing accessories in our Singapore outlets. Voucher redemption of furniture products is not allowed.
  • Voucher can only be used for new purchases and cannot be used to pay for the balance of previous orders.
  • Voucher is not exchangeable for cash (in part or in full).
  • No refund will be given for balance of any unutilised value of the voucher.
  • Voucher will not be accepted if it has been torn or defaced.
  • Voucher cannot be replaced if lost or damaged.
  • Voucher cannot be used with other promotions.
  • Voucher is not valid unless duly signed and stamped by authorised Star Furniture Pte Ltd personnel.
  • Voucher is only given for new purchases.
  • Voucher is valid for 2 months upon date of purchase. Expired voucher will not be accepted.
  • Sales order transfers to other product brands under Star Furniture Group, regardless of the amount, will not be entitled to an additional voucher.
